What I'm focused on now

I'm in Seattle, working as a Project Manager at Citi on contract. I manage three concurrent technology initiatives that enhance existing banking systems, and most of my week goes to keeping Product, Engineering, ML, and QA moving through planning and release together.

At work

• Coordinating the response and explanation layer for a credit-card fraud scoring model with fraud and risk teams.
• Running sprint planning, backlog reviews, stand-ups, and retrospectives so dependencies surface early.
• Keeping milestones, risks, and dependencies visible to senior stakeholders through Jira dashboards and Slack reporting.
